Zindagi main meri yeh ajab mour hai aya
Woh shaks bhi kho gaya jisey tha mudaton main paya

Uss ka masoom sa chera meri nigahon ko bhaya
Iss pasandeedgi ney to isqh ka hai rogg lagwaya

Kabhi jo hasney hasaney ki baat kerta tha mujh sey
Aaj us ki narazgi ney mujhey betahasha rulaya

Woo na mana to pall main bikher jaon ga main
Dil hota hai woo, gher jo ujjra to kissi ney na basaya


Uss ki udassi per dil ko na kioon udaas karoon
Jee ney mairay bhi to hai ussey shidat sey chaha


Is qader aadat hogaee hai mujhey us ki
Kano main ahat ati hai, nazar ata hai dewaar per saya


Khiyalon main tazaad baton main khafgi agaee hai
Darr lagta hai mann ko, kahin woo ho jaey na paraya


Samney labb uss key khamosh hojatey hain shayar key
Warna tasawur main tha main ney usey khub manaya
