paida rah-e-khalous main dushwariyan na kar
chahat nahi tu ham se ada-karaiyan na kar

lafzon se khailne ki zarorat nahi tujhay
sada dilon k saath ye fankariyan na kar

jin se nahi lagaao unhain moun bhe mat laga
be-wajha har dukan se kharidariyan na kar

tu shak-e-gul hai koe amar bail tu nahi
wabasta har shajar se wafadariyan na kar

es shugl-e-bejawaaz se kia faida tujhe
dil mat dukha kise ka dilaazariyan na kar

taza hai dil pe daagh agar pehli choat ka
pher dosri shikast ki taiyariyan na kar
